Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or subscription does not increase your chances of winning. Winners are determined by points scored on trivia answers - never by random drawing.

1. Sponsor

This competition ("Competition") is sponsored by Hernas OU, operating as Quizado ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), Kentmanni 4, 10116 Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Information you provide as part of this Competition is provided to Quizado and not to Instagram or Meta.

3. Competition period

This Competition runs from 1 September 2026, 00:00 to 30 September 2026, 23:59, Tallinn local time (EET/EEST) ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this window will not be counted. A new Competition with the same rules starts on the first day of every month.

4. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Entrants who reside outside these three countries are not eligible, and entries from them will not be counted.
• Void where prohibited by local law. Entrants are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in their country or region of residence.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of Quizado / Hernas OU employees are not eligible.
• One entrant per person. Multiple accounts entered by the same individual will be disqualified.
• You must have a public Instagram account (or otherwise allow Quizado to view your comments) for your entries to be counted.

5. How to enter

1. Follow @quizadoapp on Instagram. This is required to be eligible to win - it is not itself worth points.
2. Comment your answer on each qualifying trivia post published by Quizado during the Competition Period. Qualifying posts are clearly marked with "COMPETITION POST" in the caption.
3. Optional bonus: tag up to two (2) friends per qualifying post in your comment. This is optional and not required to enter or place.

Only comments left on Quizado's official posts during the Competition Period count. Comments on reposts, Stories, or third-party accounts do not qualify.

6. Winner selection - scoring method

This is a skill-based competition. Winners are determined by cumulative points, not random drawing. Points are calculated as follows:

Points are totaled across all qualifying posts published during the Competition Period. The three entrants with the highest total points at the end of the Competition Period win, ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Tiebreaker: if two or more entrants are tied, the entrant who posted their qualifying comments earliest (by timestamp, summed across the period) will place higher.

Correct answers are verified using Quizado's own comment-tracking tool, which accesses comments via Instagram's official API. This tool is used only to confirm who answered correctly on each post - it is not used to randomly select a winner, and no random drawing is used at any stage of this Competition.

7. Prizes

• 1st place: €100 Amazon gift card
• 2nd place: €50 Amazon gift card
• 3rd place: €25 Amazon gift card

Prizes are issued as Amazon gift cards for the winner's local Amazon marketplace - Amazon.com (US), Amazon.co.uk (UK), or Amazon.com.au (Australia) - in the winner's local currency (USD, GBP, or AUD) at a value equivalent to the stated EUR amount, converted at the time of issuance and rounded to the nearest available denomination. Winners are responsible for holding an Amazon account able to redeem a gift card on their local marketplace.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Quizado reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners may be responsible for any tax obligations arising from the prize in their jurisdiction; Quizado may request tax identification information for prizes exceeding locally applicable reporting thresholds.

8. Winner notification & claim process

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the Competition Period ending, and announced publicly on Quizado's Instagram account or Story. Winners must respond to the notification DM within 5 days and provide a valid email address for prize fulfillment. If a winner does not respond within this window, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next-highest-scoring eligible entrant.

9. Use of winner information

By accepting a prize, winners consent to Quizado publicly announcing their Instagram username and the fact that they won, on Quizado's Instagram account and other marketing channels. Quizado will not publish winners' real names, email addresses, or other personal contact details without separate consent.

10. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with this Competition (Instagram username, comment content, and - for winners - email address) is processed by Quizado in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Comment data is collected via Instagram's official API using Quizado's own comment-tracking tool. Entrants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting [email protected].

11. General conditions

• Quizado reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits fraudulent, abusive, or bot-generated entries, or who attempts to manipulate scoring.
• Quizado reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Competition at any time for reasons including technical failure or suspected fraud, without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
• Quizado's decisions regarding scoring and winner selection are final.
• This Competition is governed by the laws of Estonia.
• By entering, participants release Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability associated with this Competition.
