What TriviaMaker is good at
TriviaMaker is a game-show board builder and a well made one. It lists board styles including Grid for a category board, List for a survey-style guess, Trivia for multiple choice, Wheel for random question order, Tic Tac for a turn-based board, Hangman for word guessing and Fusion for combining them. Players join with a code or a QR code, in a browser, with no download.
The paid tiers are cheap and clearly drawn. Basic is free, Premium lists $6.99 a month (triviamaker.com, checked August 2026), and Premium Plus and Enterprise sit above it. Prices change, so read their pricing page before you commit.
If what you need is a Jeopardy-style grid for a Friday review lesson, a team offsite or a birthday in the living room, that is a sensible amount of money for a tidy tool. This page is not an argument that you should stop using it for that.
Where a venue night needs more
The gap opens the moment the game becomes a recurring event with a paying room. A board covers one segment of maybe twenty minutes.
